Can I Install extra data points after NBN is connected?
Yes. We can install new Ethernet or phone points at any time. It’s ideal if you’re extending Wi-Fi coverage, adding a home office, or want a direct connection for your modem/router.
Why is my Wi-Fi still slow even with NBN?
It may be a signal strength issue or poor internal cabling. We’ll run tests to determine whether it’s a provider issue or something that can be fixed with internal wiring, a Wi-Fi extender, or a hardwired solution.
Do I need an electrician to move my NBN connection?
No, this is a common misconception. Data cabling work requires a registered cabler's licence (issued by the ACMA), which is separate from an electrical licence. We hold both, so we can handle your NBN connection point, ethernet runs, and home network cabling all in one visit. If you need a new power point to run the modem or networking gear, we can take care of that at the same time - no need to book a second tradesperson.
Can you install data cabling in double-storey homes?
